LSA KHADI staff presented a project of car for participation in Shell Eco-Marathon

Employers of Laboratory of Speed Automobiles presented a project of first Ukranian eco-car for participation in Shell eco-marathon.

It is a good tradition of Laboratory of Speed Automobiles (LSA) to choose the focus area of the work according to  the preferences of students who's working in it.

The idea to create a special eco-car to participate in fuel efficiency competition is a brand new for Ukraine. Our team is the first who decided to make this in the country . we realized that it would be a big responsibility to represent not only our university but also our city - Kharkiv and our country – Ukraine at the international competition.

There was a lot of discussion how we can decorate thecar. Finally we found a perfect solution - to print a national decorative pattern 'vishivanka' on body of the car.

Ministry of Education Stanislav Nikolaenko visited LSA

The main landmark of Kharkiv National Automobile and Highway University (KhNAHU) is a Laboratory of Speed Automobiles (LSA) that created more than 30 models of speed cars. These cars got a 42 land speed records, 16 of which are higher than international  achievements. Unfortunately, majority of these unique speed cars have not lastedtill our time. Those who survived has been collected in LSA museum. We have a good tradition in KhNAHU to show this museum to all guests of the University.
